Handcrafted with maple syrup from Jirik Family Farms in Kilkenny, MN and hard white and red wheat from Great River Milling in Corcoran, WI, freshly milled in-house before each bake.

This wholesome whole wheat loaf is full of chewy grains and seeds and is sweetened ever-so-slightly with maple syrup. It’s a hearty, yet soft bread that is excellent for sandwiches and toast. It freezes well, too! (see the Bread Care page for tips)
