Whole Grain Maple Wheat

2023 Minnesota State Fair 3rd Place Winner!

This wholesome whole wheat loaf is full of chewy grains and seeds and is sweetened ever-so-slightly with maple syrup. It’s a hearty, yet soft bread that is excellent for sandwiches and toast. It freezes well, too! (see the Bread Care page for tips)
